FUND DESCRIPTION:  Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF which is officially described in its prospectus as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Fund's primary investment objective is high current income. Capital appreciation is a secondary investment objective. FUND STRATEGY: Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in income-producing common equity securities, preferred securities, securities convertible into equity securities and non-convertible debt securities issued by real estate companies (including real estate investment trusts (REITs)) and at least 75% of its total assets in income-producing equity securities of REITs. FUND MANAGEMENT: Neuberger Berman Management Inc., a Lehman Brothers Co. (NYSE: LEH), is the Fund's Investment adviser and administrator.
