Morgan Chase & Co. and Pfizer, due 8/30/2004, issued at $10 per ELKS. The ELKS pay a total coupon of $1.21 in cash composed of $0.1309 in interest and $1.0791 in option premium, payable in part on 2/27/2004 and 8/30/2004 At maturity the holder will receive either a fixed number of shares of the underlying stock with the greatest percentage decline on the third trading day before maturity from its initial share price, if the closing price of that stock is less than 85% of its initial share price, or $10 in cash.
