QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc., 12% Equity LinKed Securities (ELKS) based on a basket of five common stocks, due 6/28/2004, and issued at $10 per ELKS. The basket of stocks include American Intl Group Inc., Dell Computer Corp., E.I. Du Pont de Nemours and Co., McDonald's Corp., and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. The ELKS pay a total coupon of $1.2033 in cash composed of $0.0901 in interest and $1.1132 in option premium, payable in part on 12/28/2003 and in part on 6/28/2004. At maturity the holder will receive either $10 in cash or a fixed number of shares of the underlying stock having the largest percentage decline if the price of stock on the third trading day prior to maturity is less than 90% of its initial share price.
