QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., 8.00% SEQUINS, issued at $10 per unit, due 2/8/2008 and based upon the S&P Homebuilders Select Industry Index. The SEQUINS are callable at Citigroup's option on or after 8/3/2007. If called, the payment will be in cash to provide a yield to call, including interest payments, of 16% per year. Distributions of 8.00% ($0.80) per annum are paid quarterly on 5/8/2007, 8/8/2007, 11/8/2007 & 2/8/2008 to holders of record on the fifth business day prior to the payment date. At maturity, if not called prior to the maturity date, the SEQUINS will pay to the holder the final interest payment and cash in the amount equal to the Index Ratio times the closing value of the Homebuilders Index on the valuation date. The Index Ratio is 0.00269 ($10 divided by the 3718.61 value of the index on the pricing date of 1/25/2007). The valuation date is the third business day prior to maturity. The SEQUINS are not principal protected and at maturity the holder could receive a payment in an amount that is worth less, and possibly significantly less, than the issue price of the SEQUINS.
