Jan. 16, 2006 -- On January 25, 2006, the Certificates issued by the Corporate Backed Trust Certificates Series 2001-3 Trust will be redeemed. This redemption is a result of the exercise of the Call Rights to purchase the assets of the Trust by the Call Rights Holder and is conditional on receipt of the Redemption Price by the Trustee. If the Trustee receives the Redemption Price, the Certificates will be redeemed in full on January 25, 2006 at a price of $25.00 principal per Class A-1 Certificate plus $0.229166666 accrued interest per Certificate. No interest will accrue on the Certificates after the Redemption Date.
