The notes will not make any payment prior to maturity and do not provide for early redemption. At the maturity date of 4/28/2008 the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus an supplemental return amount. The supplemental return amount will be based on the average of the U.S. dollar exchange rates for a group of equally rated Asian currencies composed of the South Korean won, the Thai baht, the Indian rupee, the Taiwanese dollar and the Australian dollar, on 4/23/2008.
