From the form 8-K submittted to the SEC on 6/3/2016 -- On June 3, 2016, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company issued a notice of redemption for all of the outstanding shares of its 7.125% Cumulative Preference Stock, 1993 Series (CUSIP No: 059165779) and 6.99% Cumulative Preference Stock, 1995 Series (CUSIP No: 059165761) on June 29, 2016, at a redemption price of $100.00 per share, plus the amount equal to all accrued and unpaid dividends on each share of each of the foregoing series of preference stock from July 1, 2016 up to, but not including, the Redemption Date.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Baltimore Gas & Electric Co., 7.125% Series 1993 Cumulative Preference Stock, liquidation preference $100 per share, redeemable at the company's option on or after 7/1/2003 at $103.56 per share which declines to $100 per share by 7/1/2013 (see schedule on page 82 of the prospectus), not subject to mandatory redemption, distributions of 7.125% ($7.125) payable quarterly on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1 & 10/1. Dividends paid by this preferred security are eligible for the preferential income tax rate of 15% to a maximum of 20% depending on the holder's tax bracket (and under IRS specified holding restrictions) and are also eligible for the dividends received deduction for corporate holders.
