QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Stock Market Upturn Notes, linked to the S&P 500 Index, due 5/7/2009, and issued at $10 per note. The notes will make no payments prior to maturity, are not redeemable prior to maturity, and make no guarantee of the return of principal at maturity. At the maturity date of 5/7/2009, the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus an index return amount which may be positive, zero or negative. If the ending value of the Index at maturity is greater than the starting value (starting value 1330.61 as of 1/25/2008), the index return amount will be based on the percentage increase in the index and an upside participation rate of 300% but subject to an appreciation cap of 20% (15.75% per annum) so that the maturity payment can not exceed $12.00 per note. If the value of the index decreases, the maturity payment will be based on the percentage decrease in the Index. The notes are not principal protected and at maturity the holder could receive an amount that is worth less, and possibly significantly less, than the issue price of the notes.
