QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Stock Market Upturn Notes, linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, due 3/7/2008, and issued at $10 per note. The notes will not make any payment prior to maturity and do not provide for early redemption. At the maturity date of 3/7/2008, the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus an index return amount which may be positive, zero or negative. If the ending value of the Index at maturity is greater than the starting value of 6897.86 as of 8/24/2006, the index return amount will be based on the percentage increase in the index, subject to a appreciation cap of 10% and an upside participation rate of 300% so that the index return can not exceed 30% and the maturity payment can not exceed $13.00 per note. If the value of the index decreases, the maturity payment will be based on the percentage decrease in the Index. The notes are not principal protected and at maturity the holder could receive an amount that is worth less, and possibly significantly less, than the issue price of the notes.
