QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc., now Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc., Medium Term Notes, Series K, Principal Protected Notes linked to value of the Dow Jones Euro STOXX 50 Index (starting value 2,429.42 as of 12/13/2002) due 12/20/2007, issued at $1000 per note. The notes do not provide for early redemption. Distributions of 1.50% ($15) per annum are paid quarterly on 3/20, 6/20, 9/20 & 12/20 to holders of record on the business day immediately prior to the payment date ?.
