QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc, Index Linked Notes, Principal Protected Callable Notes with Income Based Upon Annual Appreciation of the 2005-2 Dynamic Portfolio Index due 3/03/2011, issued at $10 per note. The return on the notes will be the annual interest on the notes and will vary and may be zero. The interest will be paid annually on March 3rd of each year and will be based on the appreciation of the 2005-2 Dynamic Portfolio Index , if any. The notes do not provide for earlier redemption by the holder. The notes are callable at the option of the issuer on or after 2/26/2008 (see page S-5 of the prospectus for further information). At maturity date of 3/03/2011 the notes will pay the $10 principal amount plus the final interest payment, if any, based on the performance of the 2005-2 Dynamic Portfolio Index (initial index level 100).
