FUND DESCRIPTION: Neuberger Berman Income Opportunity Fund Inc. is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF which is officially described in its prospectus as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Fund's primary investment objective is high current income; capital appreciation is a secondary investment objective. FUND STRATEGY: Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in a combination of (1) high-yield corporate debt securities rated, at the time of investment, below investment grade or, if unrated, determined by Neuberger Berman Management Inc. to be of comparable quality, and (2) income-producing common equity securities, preferred equity securities, securities convertible into equity securities and non-convertible debt securities issued by real estate companies (including real estate investment trusts ("REITs"); and may invest up to 20% of its total assets in other debt and equity securities and money market instruments. FUND MANAGEMENT: Neuberger Berman Management Inc., a Lehman Brothers Co. (NYSE: LEH), is the Fund's Investment adviser and administrator.
