QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Lehman Brothers Holdings, Medium-Term Notes Series G, 0.25% Notes, due 12/6/2011 and linked to the performance of a basket of Two Healthcare Stocks, Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) and PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: PHS). The notes pay 0.25% ($2.50) interest semiannually on 6/6 & 12/6 to holders of record 15 calendar days prior to the payment date. At maturity the holder will receive a cash payment based on the performance over the term of the notes. The initial value of the basket is $100 and the threshold value is $117. The initial multipliers are 2.033347 for Humana and 1.044277 for PacifiCare and these values are subject to adjustment. At maturity, the holder will receive a minimum of the $1000 principal amount or $1000 times the ending basket value divided by the threshold value. The notes are senior unsecured debt securities of Lehman Brothers Holdings and will rank equally with all other unsecured debt of the company.
