QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., 9.75% ELKS (Equity LinKed Securities) based on the common stock of Archer-Daniels-Midland Co. (NYSE: ADM), due 1/8/2009, and issued at $10 per ELKS. The ELKS do not provide for early redemption. The ELKS pay a total of $1.0210 in cash composed of $0.4964 in interest and $0.5246 in option premium, payable $0.5335 on 7/8/2008 & $0.4875 on 1/8/2009. At maturity the holder will receive either $10 in cash or 0.24888 shares of Archer-Daniels-Midland common stock if the price of Archer-Daniels-Midland's stock at any time during the term of the ELKS is less than or equal to $30.14 (75% of the initial share price of $40.18 on 12/18/2007). The ELKS are not principal protected and at maturity the holder could receive stock whose value is less, and possibly significantly less, than the original investment in the ELKS.
