QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Principal Protected Notes based on a group of Asian Currencies, due 6/30/2008, issued at $10 per note. The notes will not make any payment prior to maturity and do not provide for early redemption. At the maturity date of 6/30/2008 the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus an supplemental return amount which may be positive or zero. The supplemental return amount will be based on the average of the U.S. dollar exchange rates for a group of equally weighted Asian currencies composed of the South Korean won, the Thai baht, the Indian rupee, the Taiwanese dollar and the Singaporean dollar, evaluated on 6/25/2008. The participation rate is 100%.
