Nov. 29, 2005 -- Citibank, N.A. today announced that on December 29, 2005, it will redeem for cash all outstanding shares of both its Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock. The redemption price in each case will be $100.00 per share, plus accrued dividends to the date of redemption.

QuantumOnline has not been able to track down any information on this security but it apparently exists and trades on the Other OTC Market. A QOL user has indicated that the preferred has a par value of $100 and the adjustable rate is a minimum of 6.34% and a maximum of 12.34% and that the securitiy was issued in 2001. Another user informs us that the security is callable on or after 11/01/2004 at $100 per share and is currently paying 6.51% based on 15 basis point over the highest of the three month U.S. Treasury bill rate, the U.S. Treasury ten year constant maturity rate, and the U.S. Treasury thirty year constant maturity rate, but in no event will be less than 6.34% per annum or greater than 12.34% per annum.. Dividends are paid 3/15, 6/15, 9/15 & 12/15. If anyone has further information on this preferred, please let us know.
