QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Safety First Trust Series 2007-1 Principal-Protected Trust Certificates, linked to the U,S.-Europe-Japan Basket, due 11/22/2010, issued at $10 per certificate, and guaranteed by Cititgroup Inc. The certificates will make no payments before maturity and do not provide for early redemption. The assets of the trust will consist of equity index participation securities and equity index warrants. At the maturity date of 11/22/2010 the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus a supplemental distribution amount which may be positive or zero. The supplemental distribution amount will be based on the percentage change in the basket which consists of the S&P 500 Index, the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index and the Nikkei 225 Stock Average, each initially equally weighted, over the term of the certificates and will not be less than zero. See page 48 of the prospectus for the initial values and weighting of the three indices. The supplemental distribution amount will be calculated as $10 times the ending basket value on the third index business day prior to the maturity date minus the starting basket value divided by the starting basket value.
