QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Citigroup Funding Inc., Safety First Trust Series 2007-2 Principal-Protected Trust Certificates, linked to the Nikkei 225 Index, due 3/23/2011, issued at $10 per certificate, and guaranteed by Cititgroup Inc. The certificates will make no payments before maturity. The assets of the trust will consist of equity index participation securities and equity index warrants. At the maturity date of 3/23/2011 the holder will receive a cash payment of $10 plus a supplemental distribution amount which may be positive or zero. The supplemental distribution amount will be based on the percentage change in the Nikkei 225 Index (starting value 17,451.77 on 4/24/2007) over the term of the certificates and will not be less than zero. The supplemental distribution amount will be calculated as $10 times the ending index value on the third index business day prior to the maturity date minus the starting index value divided by the starting index value. The holder of the certificates will have the right to exchange at any time each $10 principal amount of certificates you then hold for one equity index participation security with a $10 face amount and one equity index warrant with a $10 notional amount.
