Notes: July 2, 2008 -- At the close of market on July 2, Getty Images stock will cease trading on and be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. The company has announced the completion of its acquisition by an affiliate of the private-equity firm Hellman & Friedman. The transaction, first disclosed in late February, is valued at approximately $2.4 billion, with Getty stockholders receiving $34 per share of common stock.
