QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Wells Fargo & Co., High Point Average Notes, due 5/05/2010, linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), and issued in $1000 denominations. The notes pay no interest or other payments prior to maturity and are not redeemable prior to maturity. At maturity the notes will pay a minimum of $1000 plus an additional amount based on the percentage that the AVERAGE index level exceeds the DJIA initial level of 8480.09 on 4/30/2003. The alternate redemption amount will be based on the arithemetic AVERAGE of the highest closing level of the DJIA in each of the 84 calender months during the term of the notes. The notes are senior unsecured debt securities of Well Fargo & Co.
