QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Merrill Lynch Depositor Inc., PPLUS Class A, Floating Rate Trust Certificates, PPLUS Trust Series JPM-1, stated amount $25 per certificate, underlying securities are the 4.875% Subordinated Notes due 3/15/2014, issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), redeemable only as the rsult of a termination event of the swap agreement (see page S-7 of the prospectus), floating rate distributions are paid quarterly on 3/15, 6/15, 9/15 & 12/15 to holders of record on the business day immediately prior to the payment date. The floating rate or the certificates will be 83% of the 10 Year CMT rate with a minimum rate of 3.25% and a maximum rate of 9.25%. Ratings of the certificates at the IPO are A by S&P.
