QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., 50/150 Nikkei 225 Index Notes, due 10/7/2009, and issued at $10 per unit. The notes will receive no payments before maturity and are not redeemable prior to maturity. At maturity the holder will receive a payment based on the percentage change in the Nikkei 225 Index, starting value 15,909.76 as of 3/2/2006. If the Index has increased, the maturity payment will be based on 150% of the percentage increase in the Nikkei 225 Index. If the index has decreased, the holder will receive a payment based on 50% of the percentage of decrease in the Index. As a result, the maturity payment may be less, and possibly significantly less, than the $10 offering price but in no event will the maturity payment be less that $5.00 per note.
