QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., MITTS (Market Index Target-Term Securities), linked to the value of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, due 12/2/2014, and issued at $10 per unit. The MITTS guarantee the return of 100% of the principal at maturity, will make no payments prior to maturity, and can not be redeemed prior to their maturity date. On the maturity date the MITTS will pay a minimum of the $10 principal amount, plus an supplemental redemption amount based on the increase, if any, in the value of the Dow Jones Industrial Average above the starting value of the Average (starting value 10,433.71 on 11/24/2009), with a participation rate of 100%, and not to exceed a cap of $16.70 (a maximum return of 67.00% over the offering price).
