Notes: December 17, 2015 -- Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: GPT) a real estate investment trust, announced today that it has completed its merger with Chambers Street Properties and together with Gramercy, collectively, the Combined Company) and, in connection therewith, the Combined Company entered into a new senior unsecured credit facility. Pursuant to the terms of this transaction, Gramercy stockholders will receive 3.1898 common shares of Chambers Street for each share of Gramercy common stock they own. The New Company will retain the Gramercy name and symbol GPT.
