QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Bank of America Corp., MITTS (Market Index Target-Term Securities), linked to the value of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, due 6/26/2015, and issued at $10 per unit. The MITTS guarantee the return of 90% of the principal at maturity, will make no payments prior to maturity, and can not be redeemed prior to their maturity date. If the Average has increased over the starting value on the maturity date the MITTS will pay a supplemental redemption amount based on the increase in the value of the Dow Jones Industrial Average on the evaluation dates of 6/17/2015, 6/18/2015, 6/19/2015, 6/22/2015 and 6/23/2015 above the starting value of the Average (starting value 10,152.80 on 6/24/2010), and with a participation rate of 113.40%. If the ending value of the Average is less than the starting value, the value of the maturity payment will be based on the percentage decrease in value of the Average but can not be less than $9.00 (90% of the principal amount).
