The Series A preferred is entitled to dividends, reset quarterly, at a rate equal to 135 basis points below the highest of the Treasury Bill Rate, the Ten Year Constant Maturity Rate and the Thirty Year Constant Maturity Rate, with a minimum rate of 5.50% per annum and a maximum of 11.00% per annum.
