QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., 0.25% Senior Notes exchangeable into a basket of three common stocks, due 2/15/2012, and issued in $1000 denominations. The basket stocks are equally weighted and include The Coca-Cola Co., Coach Inc. and Franklin Resources (see page PS-3 of the prospectus for details). The notes pay interest semiannually at 0.25% ($2.50) per annum payable on 2/15 & 8/15 to holders of record on the 15th calendar day prior to the payment date. The notes are callable at the company's option on or after the first call date of 2/15/2009 at the greater of the arithmetric value of the basket during the call calculation period or the $1000 principal amount of the notes.. The notes are exchangeable at the holder's option on or after the first exchange date of 3/15/2007 into cash or shares of the basket stock at the company's option. The initial value of the basket is $965.9385 which represents an initial premium of 4.5% of the $1000 principal amount. At maturity if the notes have not been called or exchanged, the notes will pay the greater of a cash amount equal to the arithmetric value of the basket during the maturity calculation period or at the company's option shares of the basket stocks or the $1000 principal amount.
