QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., Return Linked Notes linked to a basket of two indices, due 11/22/2010, and issued in $1000 denominations. The indices in the basket are the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index and the Nikkei 225 Index. The notes pay no interest and are not callable prior to the maturity date. At maturity, the notes will pay the $1000 principal amount and may pay a supplemental redemption amount. The supplemental redemption amount will be based on the percentage change in the basket level on the pricing date of 11/16/2006 compared to the basket level on the valuation date of 11/16/2010 times a participation rate of 100% and will not be less than zero.
