QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., 1.625% Index CYCLES (Capital Protected EquitY PerformanCe LinkEd Securities), due 3/23/2010, linked to the Nikkei 225 Index and issued in $1000 denominations. The CYCLES are not callable prior to the maturity date. The CYCLES pay interest at 1.625% ($16.25) per annum payable 3/23 & 9/23 to holders of record 15 calendar days prior to the payment date. At maturity, the CYCLES will pay a minimum of the principal amount of the notes plus a supplemental redemption amount which may be zero. The supplemental redemption amount will be based on the compounded product of the annual performance amounts of the Nikkei 225 Index for the 4 annual valuation dates during the term of the CYCLES less the total interest percentage of 6.50%. See page PS-4 of the prospectus for further information on the maturity payment. The initial value of the Nikkei 225 Index is 16,624.80 as of 3/20/2006. The annual valuation dates will be the 20th of March during the term of the CYCLES and the final valuation date of 3/20/2010.
