QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., 1.25% Basket CYCLES (Capital Protected EquitY PerformanCe LinkEd Securities), due 9/27/2011, linked to a basket of four Indices and issued in $1000 denominations. The four linked indices are the S&P 500 Index, the S&P 400 MidCap Index, the Russell 2000 Index, and the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index. The CYCLES pay interest semiannually at 1.25% ($12.50) per annum payable on 3/27 & 9/27 to holders of record 15 calendar days prior to the payment date. The CYCLES are not callable prior to the maturity date. At maturity, the CYCLES will pay a minimum of the $1000 principal amount of the notes plus a supplemental redemption amount which may be zero. The supplemental redemption amount will be based on the average basket return of the basket of the 4 indices for the six annual valuation dates during the term of the CYCLES less the total interest percentage of 7.50%. The annual valuation dates will be the 22th of September during the term of the Cycles and the final valuation date of 9/22/2011.
