QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., 0.25% Cash Settlement Exchangeable Notes linked to the Nasdaq-100 Index due 1/26/2010, and issued in $1000 denominations. The notes pay interest semi-annually at 0.25% ($2.50) per annum which is payable 1/26 & 7/26 to holders of record on the date 15 calendar days prior to the payment date. The notes are callable at the issuer's option on or after 1/26/2007 at the greater of $1000 or the product of the exchange ratio times the closing level of the Nasdaq-100 Index one day prior to the call date. The initial exchange ratio is 0.60915 (see the calculation on page PS-4 of the prospectus). At maturity, if not called, the notes will pay a minimum of the $1000 principal amount of the notes or the product of the exchange ratio times the closing level of the Nasdaq-100 Index on the fifth trading day prior to the maturity date. The initial value of the Nasdaq-100 Index was 1,511.00 as of 1/21/2005 which is the basis of the exchange ratio.
