QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Bank of America Corp., S&P 500 Index Return Linked Notes due 7/02/2007, linked to the S&P 500 Index and issued in $1000 denominations. The notes pay no interest and are not callable prior to the maturity date. At maturity, the notes will pay the $1000 principal amount and may pay a supplemental redemption amount. The supplemental redemption amount will be based on the arithmatic average of the closing levels of the S&P 500 Index at the monthly valuation dates times a participation rate of 122%. The monthly valuation dates will be on the 26th of each month over the term of the notes with a final valuation date of 6/26/2007. The initial value of the S&P 500 Index was 973.53 as of 6/26/2002. The notes are unsecured senior notes of Bank of America Corp. and rank equally with their other senior unsecured obligations.
