FUND DESCRIPTION: Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade Florida Municipals is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust's investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income taxes and Florida state intangibles taxes, consistent with preservation of capital. The Trust will invest in a portfolio consisting substantially of Florida municipal obligations rated investment grade at the time of investment.
