May 22, 2003 Public Storage, Inc. announced today that the Company intends to call for redemption the Adjustable Rate Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C (NYSE:PSAPrC) on June 30, 2003 at $25 per share plus accrued dividends from April 1, 2003 through the date of redemption.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Public Storage, Inc., Adjustable Rate Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C, stated value $25 per share, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 6/30/1999 at $25 per share plus accrued and unpaid dividends, with no stated maturity, and with distributions paid quarterly on 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 & 12/31 to holders of record on the date fixed by the board, not more than 45 days or less than 15 days prior to the payment date. The Series C adjustable rate is adjusted quarterly and is equal to the highest of one of three U.S. Treasury indices; the Treasury Bill Rate, the Ten year Constant Maturity Rate and the Thirty Year Constant Maturity Rate, multiplied by 110%, and will not be less than 6.75% per annum or greater than 10.75% per annum. In regard to the payment of dividends and upon liquidation, the preferred shares rank equally with other preferreds and senior to the common shares of the company.
