(NYSE: DX) announced today the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the month of June and that its Board of Directors will implement a one-for-three reverse stock split of the Company’s common shares. The Board declared a common stock dividend, to be paid on a post one-for-three reverse stock split basis of $0.18 per share, payable on July 3, 2019 to holders of record on June 26, 2019.
