FUND DESCRIPTION: Guggenheim Enhanced Equity Income Fund, formerly Old Mutual/Claymore Long-Short Fund, is an exchange-traded closed-end fund or a closed-end ETF that is officially described as a diversified, closed-end management investment company. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: The Guggenheim Enhanced Equity Income Fund seeks a high level of current income and gains with a secondary objective of long-term capital appreciation. FUND STRATEGY: Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. The Fund will seek to earn income and gains through both dividends paid by on securities owned by the Fund and cash premiums received from selling options. FUND MANAGEMENT: Guggenheim Partners Asset Management, (GPAM) a wholly owned subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, LLC, serves as the Fund’s investment manager.
